Last seen strutting to the hits of ABBA in Finger Lakes Musical Theatre’s production of Mamma Mia. Originally hailing from sunny Tampa, FL, Renée is now a NYC-based actress and a proud alumna of Ball State's B.F.A. Musical Theatre program. In her spare time, Renée enjoys hot yoga, planning, hunting for unique home-decor, natural hair care, and cheating reps at the gym. Notable credits: Oda Mae Brown (Ghost), Felicia Farrell (Memphis), Paradice (Brooklyn), Sarah (Ragtime), Lisa (Mamma Mia), Mazeppa (Gypsy), and Woman #2 (I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change); Cruise Ships: Celebrity Cruises (Silhouette); Theme Parks: Busch Gardens Tampa (Motorcity Groove, Christmas From the Heart) and King’s Island (Flash Back Totally 80’s). Ms. Jackson would like to extend an enormous thank you to Noreen, Gayle, Jeannine and Greg for entrusting her with this tale, as well as the cast & crew of Mississippi. From Atlanta, Georgia, Malcolm is a triple threat, chasing his passion one day at a time.
His television commercial credits include for Google, Addidas, Tombstone, I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, and most recently Sierra clothing.
Onstage, he appeared in; A Sketch of New York at the Producers' Club, "Northbound" at the Theatre for the New City, Off Broadway’s Pharma Bro and the role of Luz in Columbia University production of Feather at Signature Theatre.

Mon'Quez Pippins is a very high energy, skilled, seasoned performer experienced in many productions from theatre and stage to tv and film. Mon’Quez has entertained audiences from all over the globe at well known venues such as Disney, Universal Studios, Carnival Cruises and The Apollo Theatre. He has also appeared on television shows such as ER and NCI. Also currently finishing his first Original EP recording entitled Soul Resurrection. Mon’Quez is a fireball on stage and he is ready to entertain you!

Kat Council is thrilled to work alongside such amazing artists in Mississippi The Musical in her NYMF debut. Council is a proud Hampton University graduate and a member of Sigma Alpha Iota International Music Fraternity for Women. Her theatrical credits include: Memphis the Musical (Felicia Farrell), Legally Blonde (Pillar), Dreamgirls (Deena Jones) Beauty and the Beast (Silly Girl) and Genius To the Beat of Soul (Anika). She would like to thank her husband and family for their daily inspiration to pursue her dreams.
URIEL MENSON
Mr. Frank
Uriel Menson (Mr. Frank) has worked as an Actor and Stage Manager across the US, Europe and Asia. Favorite roles played include Fagin in “Oliver”, Motel in “A Fiddler On The Roof”, Glouchester in "King Lear" and both Jack and Algernon in “The Importance Of Being Earnest”. TV credits include “White Collar”, “Blue Bloods”, “The Big C”, “Gossip Girl” and the currently shooting miniseries "The Plot Against America". Film credits include “Wall Street II”, “Friends With Benefits” and "Now You See Me". He dances with the Parparim Dance Ensemble which performs in the US and Israel. Uriel’s a proud member of AEA and very happy to be a part of this show. He loves to play the bad guys!
NOREEN CRAYTON

As Producing Artistic Director, General Manager & Founder of Angelic Star Records Entertainment Unlimited, Noreen has been attached to the MISSISSIPPI THE MUSICAL project since 2004 and is proud to be its first producer.
She's a vocalist, songwriter, recording artist and producer with 4 solo albums to her credit. She's traveled extensively, backing up artists like Lane McCray and the late Melanie Thornton of the dance duo LA BOUCHE, Kim Sanders and CULTURE BEAT, Colin Rich, Phylliss McCoy Joubert, the late Bob Singleton, Charlie Creath, Melody Gardot and Minnie Dee.
In the studio, Noreen arranged vocals and co-wrote the lead single, 'UP TO ZION,' from Ronnie Milsap's Dove Award Nominated album, "THEN SINGS MY SOUL," with Gregory James Tornquist produced by Rob Galbraith.
She also won an Independent Music Award for writing and recording Best Gospel Song 'WALKING IN THE FAITH.'
Most recently seen on television's GOTHAM, her single release, 'I’M A MIRACLE' written by Bishop Kenneth Curry and produced by Ben Steifel is in rotation on gospel radio and available with the rest of her releases on iTunes/Amazon & elsewhere.
Theater credits include; the National Touring Company of RENT, the Goodspeed & Arena Stage productions of ABYSSINNIA, A NEW YORK LAMENTATION, LITTLE SHOP OF HORRORS, FOR COLORED GIRLS..., PIPPIN, the blues musical, A NEW PAIN & the Off Broadway, National and European Tours of MAMA I WANT TO SING.
Born in Brooklyn, NY, raised in North Babylon, Long Island, she is an alumnae of Oberlin College, studied acting at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in the Dramatic Arts from New York City's Pace University.
A proud resident of Harlem for almost 30 years, Noreen thanks her family for all of their love and support throughout her lifetime pursuit of excellence in the arts.
